At the start of the coaching programme, we will work together to identify what you went out of coaching. This gives us a clear starting point and helps us track your progress as we move forward.
How Sessions Work
Each session follows a simple, flexible flow:
- We start by deciding what you’d like to focus on that day
- Then we explore ideas, strategies, and what might work best for you
- We finish by rounding up key takeaways, agreeing next steps, and making a plan that feels doable

Together, we’ll make sense of what’s getting in the way and uncover strategies that fit your life, goals, and unique way of thinking. - Sessions are held online via Zoom or by phone, or in person, depending on your preference
- Coaching is flexible, supportive, and tailored to your needs
- I use evidence-based approaches, including coaching psychology, Functional Imagery Training (FIT), and ADHD-specific strategies
