Do you need support managing ADHD symptoms?

It can be difficult making sense of ADHD symptoms which include inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness. Your ADHD profile is unique and symptoms may manifest themselves in different ways. Some symptoms may be absent. Hyperactivity is not always present.

This is a fast-moving programme that produces rapid results. We will focus on developing strategies that will enable you to move forward. The aim of the programme is to get you unstuck and back on track. We will focus on maintaining and enhancing your skills and so you can be at your best both professionally and personally. Plan B may suit you if you have had coaching and are using a number of strategies. I can support you to use these strategies consistently whilst adding new skills to your toolkit.
